Bury me with Aroy-D coconut milk. I love it. “Aroy” in Thai translates to “delicious” and this shit is indeed delicious.
It’s 100% coconut and has a heavy cream consistency. It rarely separates like canned coconut milk and it has a much more satisfying texture than any other coconut milk I’ve found at big box grocery stores.
Be sure to look out for this (or other Thai coconut milk brands) at your local Asian or international market, it tends to be cheaper.
