Tuo Cleaver made with German stainless steel. This is one of the knives we travel with, in addition to the 6″ Victorinox, both of which we’ve had for several years. It’s affordable, so we don’t have to be precious with it and maintenance is straightforward. Love the cleaver style for chopping and scooping veg.
