Sippin’ Dessert Never Tasted So Good
Sometimes dessert cocktails go a little too overboard with the sugar but this key lime pie cocktail is the perfect balance of sweet, tart, salty and lusciously creamy. Call me crazy but I’m a got-dang genius for this one I tell you what.

Key Lime Pie Cocktail
This cocktail takes all the components of a key lime pie and reconstructs it into the perfect interpretation of a drinkable dessert.

Ingredients
Key Lime Pie Cocktail
- 2 oz brown butter washed gin*
- 3/4 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 oz key lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1-2 Drops vanilla extract
- Grated Graham Cracker (for garnishing)
- Cream Cheese Whip
- 4 tablespoon (60g) cream cheese
- 8 oz (250ml) heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz (125ml) rich syrup (2:1)
- Pinch of salt or dash saline
- 1 NO2 charge
Cream Cheese Whip
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
Instructions
FOR THE CREAM CHEESE WHIP:
- Combine all ingredients in a container and blend slightly to incorporate the cream cheese into the mixture.
- Pour into a cream whipper (iSi) and charge with 1 No2 charger. As you tighten the chamber with the No2, invert the whipper upside down and shake 2-3 times to disperse the No2 gas evenly throughout.
- Allow the whipped cream canister to rest in the fridge as you prepare the cocktail.
FOR THE COCKTAIL:
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously to incorporate the sweetened condensed milk into the cocktail.
- Fine Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Top with Cream Cheese Whip
- Garnish with grated graham cracker and key lime zest. Serve with a straw.
