Sippin’ Dessert Never Tasted So Good

Sometimes dessert cocktails go a little too overboard with the sugar but this key lime pie cocktail is the perfect balance of sweet, tart, salty and lusciously creamy. Call me crazy but I’m a got-dang genius for this one I tell you what.

Key Lime Pie Cocktail

Key Lime Pie Cocktail with Cream Cheese Whipped Cream

This cocktail takes all the components of a key lime pie and reconstructs it into the perfect interpretation of a drinkable dessert.

Key Lime Pie Cocktail

  • 2 oz brown butter washed gin*
  • 3/4 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 oz key lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1-2 Drops vanilla extract
  • Grated Graham Cracker (for garnishing)

Cream Cheese Whip

  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 4 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 2 oz rich syrup (2:1)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 No2 charge



  1. Combine all ingredients in a container and blend slightly to incorporate the cream cheese into the mixture.
  2. Pour into a cream whipper (iSi) and charge with 1 No2 charger. As you tighten the chamber with the No2, invert the whipper upside down and shake 2-3 times to disperse the No2 gas evenly throughout.
  3. Allow the whipped cream canister to rest in the fridge as you prepare the cocktail.


  1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously to incorporate the sweetened condensed milk into the cocktail.
  2. Fine Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
  3. Top with Cream Cheese Whip
  4. Garnish with grated graham cracker and key lime zest. Serve with a straw.
